You’ll be pleased to know I made it to the rowing session and it was totally awesome! We did 30/30sec interval sprints for 21 rounds. It was hard but not as difficult as the last week somehow. May be I am just a little fitter 😜
5am – rowing, 800m run, 30 sit-ups, 20 cycle abs, 15 leg raises, 10 burpees!
6:30am – oats with honey and seeds, green tea
1pm – tuna with cottage cheese and 3 ryvita
3:30pm – grilled marlin, steamed veg, plantain (1/2 serving)
6:15pm – the rest of the above
10pm – 2 banks beers and a couple of Che’s chips!
Don’t worry training at 5:30am and possibly no alcohol this weekend!
