Great session this morning. As one member of the class said – not too much and not little! Still need to work on the handstands though.
5am – green tea
5:30- 6:30am – MERI
7:30am – oats
2pm – grilled chicken and salad wrap
7-8pm – a selection of junk that included biscuits, nuts, plantain chips
The day started well but ended badly in terms of food. Must get back on track. I’m going to crack this food habit if it kills me. From oct 1 carbs will be eliminated. I have to go cold turkey! I think that could be the only way for me!
