Day 70 – Everyting Cook n Curry!

Where do I start? Lets keep this short and to the point:

6am – 50 squats, 75 ab exercises, 30 press-ups

7am – fruit platter, 1mini croissant, slice of ham

1pm – rice, fish , veg

5pm – 4 chicken skewers (small) and 2 mini veg spring rolls

8pm – BBQ chicken wings and carrot sticks

There’s been lots of bread about but I’ve managed to resist and only eat the mini croissant. Still need to cut out the rice though – from tomorrow!

So as they say in Jamaica everything cook and curry!
