A long day of traveling, with lots of airports has left me not working out, eating carbs and blogging very late. I will definitely keep this short as I really need to get some sleep.
9am – omelet, mini croissant, coffee and june plum juice
12pm – fruit and nut mix
4pm – jerk mahi-mahi, and salad wrap with fries
1am – banks beer
And that is it. Absolutely no carbs from tomorrow – I mean today! Need to really refocus and get my fitness routine back on track. These last 2-3 weeks have set me back in every possible way it seems. But one must continue!
