A quiet day in Barbados, recuperating from my Jamaica travels. I managed to do Ab Ripper X this morning whilst the washing was on but that’s it today. I will start back training 3 times a week from next week.
11am – 1 egg, green tea
1:30pm – grilled marlin and steamed, broccoli, carrots and pumpkin
5pm – hand full of nuts
There’s still this constant battle with food. Everywhere you turn there’s temptation. The only way to beat this is to stay home where theres no bad foods in the house.
