There’s certainly fun, frolics but in all honesty not a lot of fitness today. Today I decided to socialise instead of going running with the hash crew. How I miss the hash, but next week I will be back.
8am – two rounds of push-ups to failure (15 and 8 man ones) followed by ab ripper X – “i hate it, but I love it – you got to bring it!”
9am – 2eggs and green tea
11am – hand full of nuts and small bowl of fresh pineapple
1:30pm – 1 banana and nut and seed mix snack
