Not a bad day considering yesterday’s frolics! I managed to keep my food in take in check and am also looking forward getting back in the box tomorrow. Will be 3 times a week for the rest of this month!
8am – 2eggs, green tea
10am – handful of nuts and pineapple
2pm – salt fish and okra stew with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and spinach.
I’m working on the whole prepping of food, as I have to take this seriously. So far today though I don’t think I have eaten enough especially as I will be training early in the morning. Hey – we’ll see how it goes. The main thing is no carbs.
