Who would have thought that a movement called ‘hollow rock’ could work you abs like no other before! The WOD was good and didn’t hurt my toe too much either.
I completed it in 10:10 so I had plenty of time to do workout 2 when I got home and managed day 5 of Marc’s Ab challenge;
7am – oats and green tea
10am – 3 Belgian cookies and a chunk of toblerone! It just happened. Someone brought them into the office!
1:30pm – saltfish stew, rice and broccoli
6:30pm – pineapple
7:30pm – pitta bread and some mixed bean humus type stuff. Was quite nice actually what my friend made and at least it wasn’t biscuits as usual!!
